In West Africa, a chop bar is a roadside bar/restaurant that serves as a meeting place for the community. It brings people together through food and music to exchange information, ideas and connect with each other.

African Chop House was inspired by the sounds, smells, and visuals that surrounded us growing up in African homes. As we got older, we realized we weren’t the only ones longing for these reminders of our culture.  

Come Chop is a pidgin expression inviting friends and family to come eat. it has become the call to action for African Chop House.
